Simon Howard

Simon lives in Hampshire with his wife, Tina, and daughter, Trinity. By day, he’s a Consultant, specialising in Speech Recognition Technology, but he’s also a keen writer with a particular interest in verse and the power of language.

To date, he has written five verse novella’s which are featured on this site. They all share a common characteristic, that being a historical backdrop together with an extended glossary designed to add a gently educational slant on the adventure based storylines. His verse novella’s are aimed at a middle grade+ readership and Simon hopes that his stories will encourage an interest in epic poetry and a desire to explore the richness of our wonderful English language. With luck, and a fair wind, Simon hopes that his reader’s will be highly entertained and have a lot of fun along the way:-)
